A 50% deposit is required upfront to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, shortly before the website goes live.
If payment is not received within 30 days of invoicing, your website will be suspended. Reinstatement will require full payment of the outstanding balance. Any future work will need to be paid in full in advance if this occurs.
Hosting and Domain Fees
Clients are responsible for ensuring their hosting fees are up to date. Non-payment of hosting will result in your website being taken offline.
If hosting is purchased through Domain Web Design, the annual hosting fee is £125. Additional requirements for more space or resources will incur extra charges.
Scope of Work and Pricing
The price agreed upon covers the scope of work initially discussed. Any additional features or changes, such as adding a newsletter or extra pages, will incur additional charges.
To avoid surprises, please provide as much detail as possible about your requirements at the start of the project.
Website Ownership and Usage
Once live, the website is yours to use indefinitely without additional costs, apart from ongoing hosting fees if you are hosted with us.
Attribution and Credit
A small credit (“Website by Domain Web Design”) with a link to our website https://domainwebdesign.co.uk will be included on all websites we design. This must remain visible while the website is active.
Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the website. Domain Web Design is not liable for any errors in the content provided.
You will have the opportunity to review the website before it goes live and must confirm all details are correct.
Ongoing Maintenance and Updates
Maintenance, updates, and additional work after the website is live are charged at £40 per hour (minimum charge of £20 per job).

Suspension of Service
If your website is suspended due to non-payment, it will remain offline until payment is received in full. Repeated issues may lead to termination of services.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel the project, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible.
Limitations of Liability
Domain Web Design is not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other issues resulting from external hosting providers or third-party services.
